Price for direct booking (without Airbnb or Booking.com) is 15% lower than your calculation on airbnb.

Minimum booking is 4 nights.

10% is transferred to our Slovenian IBAN for booking confirmation. The rest on the day of arrival.

0% cancellation fee 2 weeks before arrival. After 2 weeks before arrival 50% fee is payable.

Extra payments:

50€ cleaning fee.

City tax fee: 1.5€ per adult per day, 0.75€ per kids (7-18yr) per day, paid on the day of arrival or via bank transfer.
